Hertrich Dover

After completing several smaller projects with Regional Builders, Inc., the Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships chose RBI to build their new 40,680 square foot Automobile Showroom, Service Shop and Detail Shop. The building has high-speed overhead doors, car lifts and an automatic car wash. The exterior of the building features the signature designs of their product brands: Lincoln, Mazda and Suzuki. RBI's creative phasing plan allowed Hertrich to remain fully operational during the construction process.
