The general contractor chose Regional Builders, Inc. to furnish and erect a 20,500 square foot waste transfer station for end user Republic Services. The building's highly visible location on Route 13 in Farmington, Delaware made aesthetics an important issue. Three 9 foot tall cupolas and faux barn doors and windows were added to the building by RBI's skilled erectors to lend an agricultural look to the building.
